1. General
Welcome to yinamenez.com. By using this website, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly request that you do not use this website.
2. Access to the Website
2.1 Access to the website is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By gaining access, you declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to the website at any time and for any reason.
3. Privacy Policy
Please read our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and share personal information.
4. Subscription Structure
4.1 We offer a 7-day free trial period, during which the user agrees to a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription after the trial period, depending on their choice.
4.2 Subscription payments are automatically debited from the customer’s specified account.
4.3 Customers can cancel their subscription at any time after the relevant period (3 or 12 months) with a 14-day notice via https://yinamenez.com/cancel-subscription.
4.4 If debiting fails after the 2nd attempt, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the subscription and access to the community and Discord.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices are in $, including VAT.
6. Confidentiality and Penalty Clause
6.1 The customer agrees to maintain confidentiality and not infringe on yinamenez.com’s intellectual property. Violation may result in a penalty of $500 per day.
7. Termination of Agreement
7.1 Sonrisa Ventas BV reserves the right to terminate the agreement if there is no payment obligation or if the member violates the community’s or 1-on-1 coaching rules.
7.2 Serious violations may result in a one-time penalty of $10,000.
8. Affiliate Marketing
8.1 Affiliates receive payment when they reach the $50 commission payout threshold.
8.2 The last click determines the commission.
8.3 Commissions are paid out monthly.
8.4 It is not permitted to use the affiliate link for one’s own purchases.
9. Price Increases
9.1 We reserve the right to increase prices annually by inflation +2%, applicable only to new students and members. Current students and members maintain the old rates.

11. Termination by Sonrisa Ventas BV
11.1 Sonrisa Ventas BV retains the right to deny the customer access to courses or the community without a refund.
12. Amendment of the Agreement
12.1 If, after the conclusion of the agreement, it is necessary to modify or supplement its content for its execution, the parties will adjust the agreement accordingly through timely mutual agreement.
13. Complaints
13.1 The customer should promptly examine any product or service delivered by Sonrisa Ventas BV for any deficiencies.
13.2 If a delivered product or service does not meet what the customer reasonably expected from the agreement, the customer must notify Sonrisa Ventas BV of this as soon as possible but no later than 1 month after identifying the deficiencies.
13.3 Consumers must notify Sonrisa Ventas BV of deficiencies within 14 days after identifying them.
13.4 The customer must provide as detailed a description as possible of the deficiencies so that Sonrisa Ventas BV can respond adequately.
13.5 The customer must demonstrate that the complaint relates to an agreement between the parties.
13.6 If a complaint relates to ongoing work, it cannot result in Sonrisa Ventas BV being required to perform work other than what was agreed upon.
14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
14.1 Sonrisa Ventas BV has the right to modify or supplement these terms and conditions.
14.2 Changes of minor importance can be made at any time.
15. Community Rules
We’re all humans: Be respectful of others and their opinions. Trolling, harassment, and similar behavior aren’t welcome. If you don’t know what “be nice” means, don’t post. The debate about a topic is fine as long as it is respectful. You can disagree without being a jerk.
What to say, what to share: The community is not the place for sensitive topics such as sexist, homophobic comments, racial slurs, political discourse, harassment, threats of any kind, or otherwise offensive material, drug usage, or suicide (even in humor).
No NSFW: NSFW material is strictly prohibited and will result in an instant ban; this applies to every channel. No porn, gore, or other NSFW material. This includes, but is not limited to: images, links, and descriptions.
No spam, No advertising, and No affiliate links: Spam of any kind, in any channel, will not be tolerated. Spam defines any overly repeated messages and excessively tagging users. Sending/Linking any harmful material such as viruses, IP grabbers, or DDoS results in an immediate and permanent ban. DM or blatant advertising is strictly forbidden.
Respect the channels: Keep things in their appropriate channels. They exist for a reason, and please use them as intended; this includes role mentions.
Violations of these rules can result in an informal warning, a formal warning, or a ban – with no refund. Appealing a warning or ban with the argument that you did not know the rules will not be valid.
16. 1-on-1 Coaching Rules
Sexist comments after the coach’s warning are not allowed. If the coach warns and there is no change, the coach will terminate the 1-on-1 coaching. There will be no refund for the coaching sessions.
